Controller and contact
Immersed Advertising operates under the name Immersed Advertising. Contact eliott.mault@icloud.com for privacy questions, requests or concerns about a child’s information.
Information you provide
We process account names, email addresses, password hashes, optional billing or payout information, game profiles, campaign settings, uploaded content, generated previews and approval decisions. Avoid sensitive personal information in uploads and free-text fields. Stripe handles card payments; the website does not receive full card numbers or card security codes.
Technical, payment and consent records
We record service requests, IP addresses where used in ad-delivery logs, user-agent information, payment identifiers and status, refunds and disputes. For sample limits and consent records we derive a keyed hash of the network address, grouping IPv6 networks, instead of storing an additional plain IP. We store the accepted policy snapshot, acknowledgement, account, purpose, time and relevant resource identifier. These records support operation, fraud prevention, accounting and evidence of acceptance.
Game tracking
The Unity integration sends game and placement identifiers, device and session identifiers, operating platform, view duration, screen coverage, sample counts and timestamps. Requests may include an operating-system country hint. Raw view reports are retained for accounting and fraud review. The integration does not request precise GPS coordinates. Developers must explain these practices to their players and establish required permissions before collecting data.
Purposes and legal requirements
We use data to operate accounts and campaigns, generate requested images, provide previews, select and deliver advertising, calculate charges and earnings, process funding, support users and prevent fraud and abuse. Where applicable, processing relies on providing the requested service, legitimate operational and security interests, consent when required, or legal obligations. Do not use the service where you cannot provide required permissions or where a requested use is prohibited by law.
Recipients and visibility
Our hosting, GPU processing and payment providers receive information needed to perform their services. Campaign uploads and generated campaign files can be available at public URLs and displayed in games. Sample files on the website require the owning account’s signed-in session; downloaded or shared copies are outside that access control. We may disclose information as legally required or to protect users and the service. International transfers may occur depending on provider locations and require the safeguards applicable to that deployment.
Cookies and storage
We use essential session and request-protection cookies for sign-in and form security. Public demo workspaces use local browser storage. Removing these may sign you out or reset demo state. The current account site does not use a separate marketing-cookie system.
Retention
Website sample files are removed after 30 days by the sample worker or when its cleanup runs; their job records continue to enforce the three-sample offer while the account exists. GPU processing copies and backups are subject to operational cleanup and deletion handling. Other account, campaign, accounting, consent and security records are retained while needed for service, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Contact support to request a retention review or deletion; some records cannot be removed immediately.
Your requests
Contact eliott.mault@icloud.com to request access, correction, deletion or information about use of your data. Where applicable, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or appeal of a request decision. We may verify identity before responding and explain legally permitted exceptions. You may contact the privacy regulator with jurisdiction over your situation. Withdrawing permission does not undo processing already lawfully completed.
Children and guardian involvement
There is no blanket 18+ advertiser rule. A parent or guardian must authorize an account where law requires. The service is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required notice and verifiable parental consent. A general agreement checkbox is not a parental-consent verification process. Contact support before submitting a child’s information; if we learn that required consent is missing, we will restrict the relevant processing and address deletion or a lawful guardian-managed arrangement. Developers must not deploy tracking in child-directed games without prior written review.
Security and updates
We use access controls, request protection and rate limits, but no service can guarantee complete security. Report concerns to eliott.mault@icloud.com. We publish policy revisions and request renewed agreement where needed for affected account actions.
