How generation works
The service sends your creative and a selected game-style reference to our ComfyUI image workflow. The current workflow uses FLUX.2 klein 4B with supporting model components. It generates a new style adaptation; it does not guarantee exact preservation of wording, logos, products or people. The three sample environments are AI-created fictional concept illustrations, not actual participating games.
Permission before processing
Only upload content you own or are authorized to reproduce, modify, process with AI and use for advertising. Obtain consent for recognizable people and relevant trademarks or other protected material. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, unlawful or infringing content. The upload acknowledgement records your authorization for this processing; it does not create rights you do not have.
Review and disclosure
Check every output for false claims, altered ingredients or features, misleading prices, damaged branding, inappropriate imagery and rights concerns. Samples are marked as AI-generated previews, and their in-world placements are illustrative composites using the generated artwork. Preserve those labels when sharing a sample. Real campaigns must be identifiable as advertising; add any further AI, endorsement or regulated-product disclosure that applies to the use and audience. Do not imply that a fictional world or its characters endorse your product.
Ownership and limits
Your existing rights in uploaded content remain yours. Generated material may not be exclusive or copyrightable. We do not guarantee that output is original, protectable, accurate, suitable for any regulated use, or free of third-party rights. Using the output does not grant permission from a depicted person, brand, game developer or other rights holder.
Processing and retention
The current image workflow performs inference and does not train or fine-tune a model on your uploads. Hosting and GPU systems process copies to deliver generation. Website sample files expire after 30 days; completed-job and consent records remain for quota enforcement and accountability. Processing copies on GPU systems and backups may remain until operational cleanup or a supported deletion request is completed. Contact eliott.mault@icloud.com for deletion or privacy questions.
Abuse and complaints
Generation attempts are subject to durable account, network and shared-capacity limits. Failed attempts retain the successful-sample allowance but remain subject to attempt limits. We may stop or review suspected abuse. Report harmful or infringing output to eliott.mault@icloud.com, identifying the sample or campaign and explaining the concern. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
